| If you are looking for a network communication utility with a stable performance that doesn`t cut down on computer productivity, CommFort will deliver this competitive edge. Similar to the best software in its class, CommFort offers an intuitively transparent interface with a variety of features, including channels-based chat, user profiles, file transfers, system of sound notifications, over 80 graphical emoticons and more. Customers will also discover the ability to transfer entire folders and leave messages on the server when the needed user is offline. When it comes to ease-of-use, CommFort lives up to its name. Its clear interface has the chat window, the list of users and the message entry bar at the bottom. To use CommFort, you only need to specify the IP address or name of the dedicated server in the settings mode. Using this module, you can also customize the program settings based on your individual preferences. You can set it to show emoticons, images and calendar; sort the list of users; enable sound alerts as well as logging of general or private channels and messages. User profiles let you set a name, color, and pictogram for chat users. Distinct from most other competitors, CommFort has a server-client architecture which enables you to get your messages delivered to a user who is currently offline. This resembles the way sms messages are delivered to the cell phone owner who has been temporarily unavailable. Other changes include the ability to paste an image directly to the chat window, the ability to transfer files and even entire folders. Also unique to CommFort is its superior file transfer speed and a convenient system to view user information, such as user idle time or the title of an active window. CommFort features a multilingual user interface as well. |
